It is a problem with winpcap. 
Several users reported us problems with winpcap if Blackice or other firewalls are istalled on the machine.
We suppose that these firewalls interact with NDIS in a dirt way, and this generates problems in the packet driver of winpcap.
At the moment we haven't any solution.
