This though does look like a problem with Ethereal.  Unfortunately I don't
have an answer.

There seems to be two conversations taking place on this thread, one with
Michael Salmons that does seem to be about an Ethereal problem and one with
Gabriel McAtee that seems to be about a WinPCap problem.
