That probably means that your SNMP traffic is running on a port other
than 161 or 162; I ran the Ethereal binary distribution installed on NT
on my desktop with an SNMP capture - it *does* extract SNMP PDUs from
packets, it just doesn't give the object names corresponding to object
IDs or display object values based on SNMP's notion of their type, it
just displays object values based on the ASN.1 BER information in the
packet.
