You need the Ethereal that supports the H.323 protocol, 
available from http://members.xoom.com/ramdyne/ethereal/index.html

The problems are:
- Windows (2000, NT, 98, 95) only
- You need to capture also the H.245 messages that create the 
  RTP conversations. To capture RTP you also need to capture some 
  H.225 messages. Basically you need the complete conversation 
  between the two endpoints.
