Hi,

I am currently using ethereal 0.8.12 and I have
problems decoding some RTP packets.

I was able to decode RTP packets between an RTSP
server and a Cisco gateway successfully. Here the
gateway acts as an RTSP client.

But the ethereal couldn't decode RTP packets between
two gateways which are two h.323 endpoints. It shows
these packets as just UDP even though it has RTP data
in it.

Basically I need to know how ethereal decides if a UDP
packet has RTP data in it. It seems the algorithm it
uses may be incomplete

Any help will be appreciated.

thanks,
Suresh
