Or, if we add the ability for a dissector to register a routine to be 
called after the capture file has been completely read in, for "free 
stored P either when a retransmission is seen or the entire file has 
been read in".  (This presumes, of course, that information is attached 
to the retransmitted packet so that, on subsequent dissections within 
the same Ethereal session, it can still be recognized as retransmitted.)
