I have a spec at work and can take a look.  I already have a bunch of 
other fixes compiled into my version of Ethereal based on my usage with 
BACnet anyway.  I've just been slow to submit them.  Most vendors 
implement only tiny fractions of the BACnet spec and there are some 
parts that I suspect no one ever will implement, so there are probably a 
host of other bugs that won't show up for a long time if ever.  I just 
fix the one's I run into at work.
