Title: Re: [Ethereal-dev] 802.1q versus 802.1Q
I just found another upper/lower case item: Regarding 802.1X, it should
802.1X not 802.1x. I understand that half or more of published
documents out there use the lowercase "x" but I have it from the
IEEE-802.1 horse's mouth that it should be 802.1X since it is a
stand-alone published IEEE standard. Answering a question I had on it

So in summary, change the GUI to show 802.1Q and 802.1X, not lowercase q
and x. I was disappointed that the last release of Ethereal did not
change the 802.1Q case after my last posting. I thought it would be as
simple as "BACKSPACE, Q." Oh well. Have a nice day!
