The original author of the webbrowser calling plugin of the Gimp (the
origin of webbrowser.c) gave us permission to use his functions.
I've added him to the Authors list.

Yes, I am familiar with the program - I use it a lot for debugging
network connections at my university. Awesome program, indeed.
