Title: cvs version w/h235 support compiled on 5/25, DRQ causes ethereal to abort

I loaded the latest code from cvs today to try out the h235 support.

I found that this drq causes ethereal to abort with the following message:

** ERROR **: file protocol: line 1659 (proto_tree_add_uint): should not be reached
aborting...
Aborted
