it looks, that it is not depended on the traffic ethereal sees.
I do only a broadcast analysis with filter
not ip host <my ip>
Ethereal 0.9.16 and 0.10.3 seee the same traffic.
Only Ethereal 0.10.3 crashes.
Do You still want a sample tracefile ?
