This will only work with the GTK+-2.0 version of Ethereal on MS Windows

1. Go to http://gtk-wimp.sourceforge.net/
2. Download the ZIP archive containing the library and the theme
3. Locate the installation directory of Ethereal (C:\Program Files\Ethereal)
4. Drop the file 'gtkrc' in this directory
5. Go to the 'lib\gtk-2.0\2.2.0' subdirectory
6. Create a subdirectory named 'engines'
7. Drop the 'libwimp.dll' library in this subdirectory

Maybe we can add this to some Win32 README file?
