Hi List!

After getting some reponse from my last mail, here is my second proposal.

Compared to the last one:

a.) Added "Revert" button into the dialog again, but renamed to "Clear", 
as I think this is more appropriate for this.
We *will* need a dialog, asking if "do you really want to loose your 
filters?" or such...

b.) Renamed "Edit" button to "Properties", as this is more appropriate, 
and also a stock item on GTK2.

c.) Flipped the sides of the button frames, putting the Edit / Manage to 
the left and Order to the right.
As the scrollbar is on the right, and so the order buttons should also 
be on the right.


I have tried to put the Order frame just above or below the Edit / 
Manage frames, but this was looking strange,
as all the buttons in one column was a bit too much.

So here is my new proposal:
