I have no problems with the layout, it looks good...
Maybe Revert should be greyed if a global file doesn't exist, and ask for 
confirmation. There is no easy way to revert to the global filters without 
it. Global filters was a requested feature.

Would you like to do the "Cancel should undo all changes" feature while you're 
there?
