In addition to the plugin doing GUI stuff, it also causes a warning to 
be printed whenever you run Ethereal or Tethereal:

	** WARNING **: error opening 
/usr/local/share/ethereal/asn1/default.tt, No such file or directory

Either we should supply a "default.tt" file, or it should treat the 
absence of that file as normal and not report an error if the error 
code is ENOENT.  (*Other* error codes *should* be reported.)
