Sometimes protocols do not run on the registered protocol port (like
HTTP-based applications), or the capture does not include a redirection from
the registered port (like in WSP). In order to decode such packets anyway,
you just select the packet, right-click and choose "Decode As...". Then
select the protocol you expect the packet belongs to.
