IMHO the current "Display->User Specified Decodes..." and "Tools->Decode As..." dialogs are a bit odd in a usability point of view. It's not obvious, that this is a pair and where to find from one to the other.
Currently, you can change the settings by using "Tools->Decode As..." and then push the "Show Current" button of this dialog, to get the same box as "Display->User Specified Decodes ...", where you can see the current settings.
It would be better to have just one menu item, e.g.: "Edit->Decode As..." where you will see the current settings, and some buttons to change this settings (similar to the "Colorize Display" box).
I think this is better, because everytime you want to change something, it's usually good to know the current settings, before changing something.
So you simple would only have to use that new one in the future.
