Please note, that this patches will only compile the toolbar.c file on win32, I didn't make any changes in gtk/Makefile.am, as I'm currently compile on win32 only and don't know what to change there.
I made the necessary change to gtk/Makefile.am - *and* to the top-level Makefile.am so that the toolbar icon XPMs appear in the source distribution.
