Hi List!

I would like to start, submitting the toolbar I developed, to the CVS tree, doing it in the following steps:

1. submitting the icon files, toolbar.c and .h and the corresponding patches to insert this to the current CVS sources (e.g. in gtk/menu.c)
2. submitting patches to enable the user to change the toolbar (style and visibility)

Attached are the files and patches of the first step. 

Please note, that this patches will only compile the toolbar.c file on win32, I didn't make any changes in gtk/Makefile.am, as I'm currently compile on win32 only and don't know what to change there.

If any problems occur with this patches, please let me know.

Hopefully, this can be patched easily to the CVS tree,
