If so, then either

	1) we won't get many tap listeners

or

	2) we'll have many dissector patches.

The former would be unfortunate, and the latter would get clumsy if we
had lots of people contributing third-party taps - and doesn't work with
plugin taps intended to work with *no* source code changes or rebuild of
Ethereal, or taps written in scripting languages (something else that
might be useful, so you could whip up something in Perl or Python or
Ruby or... to show some statistic, or do some form of "expert" analysis,
or something such as that).
