I'm replying to myself.
I built the source distribution libpcap from tcpdump.org, and am having
the same problem.
Now I have a copy of bfp.h in /usr/include/net/bfp.h and
/usr/local/include/net/bfp.h, and I am unable to locate the file.
Any ideas?
