You might want to think about how this might work with Tethereal; this
would require Tethereal to "buffer" frames, rather than printing them
immediately, and print them when either

	1) the frame is reassembled

or

	2) it gives up on reassembling the frame (which the IP dissector
	   presumably already does, to handle the case where not all
	   fragments appear in the capture).
