Controllable output format:

tethereal -e "comma or space separated list of key names"
tethereal -e "ip udp tcp.port"

For example, the latter of those would expand only the ip section, the udp
section, and would display the tcp.port entry in the tcp sections only. 

That way, you could get a very condensed output format containing just the
desired information.

or, possibly

tethereal -e ip -e udp -e tcp.port
