Tenths of microseconds, not tenths of seconds:

	TIME indicates a signed 64-bit integer representing either an
	absolute time or a time interval.  Times are specified in units
					   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
	of 100ns.  ...
