I just added a script called 'make-manuf' to CVS.  It fetches the current
OUI databases from CaveBear and the IEEE, and merges the information into
our 'manuf' file.  This has increased the number of entries from 174 to
4582.

Links to the CaveBear and IEEE databases can be found at
http://www.cavebear.com/CaveBear/Ethernet/ and
http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/index.shtml respectively.

If anyone has links to other OUI databases, I can add them as well.
