Which frames are VTP frames?

None of the frames with an LLC OUI of 0x00000C (a Cisco OUI) are valid
VTP frames, according to the VTP spec I've seen at

	http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/trsrb/frames.htm

as VTP frames, according to that spec, must have 0x01 as the first byte
of the VTP packet and 0x01, 0x02, or 0x03 as the second byte - 0x04 is
not a valid second byte, nor is 0x02 a valid first byte.

Maybe there's more to VTP than is in that spec, but I don't know if I'll
find any other specs....
