Spettabile Wireshark,

 

in linea con le richieste introdotte da AI Act, le società appartenenti al Gruppo Cedacri* devono identificare eventuali sistemi di intelligenza artificiale (i.e.: sistemi AI) presenti nei software di terzi e classificarne il livello di rischio secondo la citata normativa.

A tal proposito, vi trasmettiamo in allegato un documento contenente l’elenco dei software che almeno una delle società del Gruppo Cedacri ha acquistato da voi. Il documento si compone dei seguenti fogli:

• Foglio “Istruzioni” (a supporto della compilazione): si riportano le principali indicazione da seguire per il completamento dell’esercizio richiesto
• Foglio “Domande + Hint” (a supporto della compilazione): si riportano suggerimenti e spunti utili per la comprensione delle domande poste nel questionario
• Foglio “Glossario” (a supporto della compilazione): si riportano le principali definizioni relative alla normativa e al contesto AI
• Foglio “Assessment sistemi AI” (da compilarsi a cura del fornitore): si riporta l’elenco dei software acquistati per i quali si richiede di completare l’esercizio di mappatura e valutazione

Con riferimento al foglio “Assessment sistemi AI”, si richiede di svolgere le seguenti attività:

• Per ogni software indicato, censire tutti i sistemi AI ad essi associati (cfr. definizione di sistema AI nel foglio “Glossario”)
• Per ogni sistema AI indicato, rispondere alle domande del questionario (colonne H-AW), necessarie per valutare il livello di rischio del sistema AI

Considerando i tempi prescritti dalla normativa, vi chiediamo di inoltrarci il documento compilato in ogni sua parte entro il 11/11.

In caso di domande o esigenze di chiarimento sull’attività richiesta, vi chiediamo di rispondere a questa mail.

Dear Wireshark,

In line with the requirements introduced by the AI Act, companies belonging to the Cedacri Group* must identify any artificial intelligence systems (i.e.: AI systems) embedded in third-party software and classify their level of risk according to the aforementioned legislation.

In this regard, find an attached a document containing a list of software that at least one of the Cedacri Group companies has purchased from your firm. The document consists of the following sheets:

• “Istruzioni” sheet: this sheet contains the main instructions to follow in order to complete the requested exercise
• “Domande + Hint” sheet: this sheet contains useful suggestions and ideas for understanding the questions asked in the questionnaire
• “Glossario” sheet: this sheet contains the main definitions relating to the legislation and the AI context
• “Assessment Sistemi AI” sheet (to be completed by the supplier): this sheet contains a list of the software purchased for which the mapping and assessment exercise must be completed

With reference to the “AI Systems Assessment” sheet, the following activities must be carried out:

• For each software listed, identify all AI systems associated with it (see the definition of AI system in the “Glossary” sheet)
• For each AI system indicated, answer the questions in the questionnaire (columns H-AW), which are necessary to assess the risk level of the AI system

Considering the deadlines set by the regulations, we ask you to send us the completed document in its entirety by November 11.
