Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] need help

I used to call myself a tech guy. But I cannot anymore as I am stuck on this issue. On two computers, with Win10 and 11, many many linux distro's. All do the same thing. I cannot find what is causing my problem. I cannot play any game online. Network packets are changed, dropped and other things that are seen in Wireshark that I do not understand. Any new or old single player game runs fine. On my new rig I have changed all hardware, and I mean everything. Two mice, two k/b, added battery backup power supply. Two ISP. Steam and GOG. On gog Crysis runs fine, Enemy Territory a free and 20 year old game is a mess.
It must have something to do with the internet. I am in Toronto Canada, this happens on Bell, Teksavvy and Rogers. Currently with Bell fibe, and all speed tests are fine.
Maybe someone will take a look at my logs as a learning challenge, maybe I will have to pay someone. But I need to know what the issue is, and how to fix it. So that I can apply how to fix it on future O/S installs. I've tried every software fix you can find via google. Too many to name.
Perhaps it is a risk sharing Wireshark logs with someone, but it is all I have left to try. Everything online works as it should, except online games. Maybe I have the issue all the time but I only see it while gaming. I'm an older gamer but not ready for console only play just yet.
I can provide screen caps and Wireshark logs from Linux and Windows.
