No, there isn't; that was chosen, I think, because, with 16 bytes per line, the low-order nibble of the offset in the data represents which of the 16 octets in the row is the octet in question, and the low-order octet in the offset at the left-hand edge of the display is always 0.
If you'd like an option to configure the number of bytes per line, please file an enhancement request at http://bugs.wireshark.org.
