Should the URL sent in the email announcing the availability be corrected ?

And even if we go to https://www.wireshark.org/download.html it does not have 2.6.5. It shows only 2.6.4

Which file did you try to download? What URL gave given for that file?

I see these URLs: https://1.na.dl.wireshark.org/win64/Wireshark-win64-2.6.5.exe
