You need to open wireshark with root privileges.
gksudo wireshark
Even though your ethernet interface is listed under ifconfig -a, wireshark is not able to detect it if you are running inside a VM.
Note: You will be prompted with a warning when you try to run wireshark as a root user.

The eth0 interface is not listed in available interfaces list in Wireshark
i did log in as different user,
how can i escalate my privilege due to capture my traffic?
P.S i have access to Internet and my eth0 is listing under ifconfig -a.
