I don't have experience with the PortableApps (or U3) editions of
Wireshark. Unless the PortableApps software is the cause of this, I
would say that it's a bug. You can open a bug report at
https://bugs.wireshark.org/ and attach any information you are aware of
regarding fixing the problem. Thanks!
