I'm having the same problem. I signed up for the mailing list to post
about it yesterday, but accidentally posted from a different email
address than I signed up with. o.0
I had noticed that mine stopped loading winpcap a while ago, but I
hadn't needed it until recently. I might have updated or something and
don't remember. Anyway, my first instinct was to uninstall and
reinstall the newest version (1.2.10), but I had the same results.
It is of course not a critical feature, but it's nice to know that if it
does it automatically I'm not going to forget to remove winpcap.
