According to the IEEE 802.11 standard, the utilization field of the
BSS Load Element is defined as the percentage of busy time, normalized
to 255. Thus, a value of 150 would mean that the channel utilization
is 59%. Does it make sense?

I thought the range was a percentage value from 1 – 100, but I’m seeing values as much as 150 in some wireless captures.
