Look at "Packet Bytes" pane which contains hexa and ascii dump.
Or use "Follow TCP Stream" (right button on a packet).

I opened the log.cap on my Windows Wireshark and I want to see the
payload data in ASCII format . Can you please let me know how can I do
that ?
