Look at "Packet Bytes" pane which contains hexa and ascii dump.
Or use "Follow TCP Stream" (right button on a packet).

I have captured the data between my Solaris 8 server and a network element , by the followings :
%snoop -o log.cap port 32853
I opened the log.cap on my Windows Wireshark and I want to see the payload data in ASCII format . Can you please let me know how can I do that ?
