Hi Janos,

You can use TShark:
$ tshark -r smb.pcap -q -z smb,rtt
===================================================================
SMB RTT Statistics:
Filter:
Commands                   Calls   Min RTT   Max RTT   Avg RTT
Close                         23   0.00014   0.00173   0.00027
Trans                        114   0.00015   0.00809   0.00085
Echo                          16   0.00029   0.00033   0.00032
Read AndX                     15   0.00014   0.01025   0.00164
Write AndX                    11   <snip>
