I was using the latest stable release of WinPcap - 4.0.2, I updated to 4.1beta5 and am still encountering the same problem. There was a fix related to IPv6 address listing in the latest beta version of WinPcap (4.1beta5). Can you please check if the bug shows up in that version as well?
