Hi George,

You can use tshark -n to disable name resolution.

Please take a look at the man pages:
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/tshark.html or tshark -h

$ tshark -h
<snip>
Processing:
   -n                       disable all name resolutions (def: all enabled)
