Thanks for the information I have googled it several times and there is nothing from McAfee that tells you that this is normal behavior.

I feel better

Subject: [Wireshark-users] Mcaffee firewall and ARP , UPD

Hello everyone,
I am going crazy. I been using WireShark 1.0.3 to monitor my network. It is a fairly small network. The issue is that I have an XP machine and it sends periodic ARP broadcast to the network as well as UDP packets ( this I can see it is from Mcaffee ).
Can you tell me if anyone has had the same issue with Mcaffee or is it totally unrealted. For further notice, none of the ohter machines are as "chatty" as the XP.

Thank you
Edsel Barrios
