Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] password of my router

This is an easy question but give me a reply

I capture traffic from my pc to the router and i see the password in a strange fomat

user=admin&pws=%23@Dm1n4P%210HTTP/1.0 302 Found

the user is correct but the pws is not.

what is the correct one?
