I was connected again to the network that had the previously used share
and the file dialog quickly came up. I then accessed a file on the local
disk and I've had no problems since.
When I had the problem, wireshark would hang for minutes before I'd kill
it with the task manager (and it took a few attempts). I would select
file then open, at that point nothing further would happen.
