If it looks like the raasnakeoil2.key file, then it is probably the
right one. I see that you are trying to decrypt traffic to/from
127.0.0.1. Is that really the host which has traffic in the file?

Wireshark supports SSLv2 and SSLv3/TLSv1 (the lat two are the same
thing).
