HI,

Please refer to the Wireshark Developer Guide found on the Wireshark
website http://www.wireshark.org. You need to follow all the steps in
there to get the build going. Mind you that plugins are NOT an independant
part of the program, so you can't simply skip some steps and expect to
successfully build plugins. You just need to build Wireshark once, then
you can focus on the plugin and rebuild that over and over again.
