Hi,
A tool can be found at http://sipp.sourceforge.net/
Some other links:

I would like to ask the same question with regard to SIP. Does anyone
know of a tool that can create known SIP call traffic?

We could then use Wireshark to capture those packets and
compare/contrast/analyse VoIP issues.

Thanks,

Chris
