I seen a lot of complaints on this same
"Won't execute in Windows" issue. At least there's a path
to a fix now. But I suspect we'll still a complaint pop up now and
again...

Yes, I pointed this out in the bug list.
Just for info, I have now tested this with English & German versions
of
Windows XP - seems to work fine on both.
