I’m building Wireshark master on Windows 11 and experiencing an error.

 

Some details of the build … and I can provide more if needed:

-- Selecting Windows SDK version 10.0.28000.0 to target Windows 10.0.26200.

-- The C compiler identification is MSVC 19.51.36244.0

 

…

 

CMake Warning:

The error:

I’m not seeing any such error on the Windows build jobs, such as https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/jobs/14900848879.  Is anyone else experiencing this or know what could be wrong?  I have tried wiping out the entire build directory and rebuilding everything from scratch.
