Apologies if you are not the correct person(s) to ask, please advise who I should contact or forward my email in that case.
Are there any restrictions on using wireshark outside of the UK? If we have a Surrey registered student or member of staff who is geographically located outside of the UK can they still use the software?
We are specifically interested in those located in India or China. Can you point me to the contract clause that covers this and/or a list of any countries where restrictions apply.
