Hi!

 

I have a question concerning the profinet plugin.

 

Is it possible to import a description so that the IO Data will be interpreted.

 

Example:  (Bihl&Wiedeman BWU3955 Safety Monitor)

 

I know that the Safety Ctrl/Status (16 OSSDs)  values starting at offset 22 (dez) therefore I would like to print  a user friendly version

 

....

Safety Ctrl/Status (16 OSSDs)  = 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00

C1: Flags + Fault Det.  = 0x00  0x00

.....

 

So that I may create some templates for different devices which I can select by right click (for example)

 

Is it possible to do it by a LUA script or must be the c++ written plugin modified to do this ?
