Hi,

I'm trying to compile the HTTP3 dissector from https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/merge_requests/9330 but it will require the NGHTTP3 package from https://vcpkg.io/en/packages could someone add it to the packages repo please? While at it it might be good to update the NGHTTP2 package to 1.55.2.

I downloaded the MR as a patch and applied that and fixed build warnings on Windows the macos setup .sh patch did not apply cleanly.
