The runtime environment is Windows 10 64bit, as shown in the screen captures below.

Using Wireshark V4.0.0, I captured a set of frames for a MIME upload, which I saved as disp.pcapng.

Looking at the final frame in V4.0.0(frame 4653), not all of the trailing MIME boundary was displayed.

Looking at the final frame 4653 in v3.6.8, the bytes were displayed as expected.

The frames were scrolled to the bottom.
